The 10-Minute Personal Health Tracking System

In a world where health information is abundant, many of us find ourselves trapped in a paradox: we're more "health-conscious" than ever, yet struggle to translate that awareness into meaningful action.

The gap between knowing what's good for us and consistently doing it remains frustratingly wide. But this disconnect isn't just frustrating—it's potentially dangerous.

Someone who is health-conscious but doesn't practice good health is no better off in terms of energy, longevity, and all-around physical capacity than someone who doesn't care at all about their health.

Think about that for a minute.

Being health-conscious and practicing good health are not the same thing.

This sounds obvious, but the smarter you are, the easier it is to convince yourself you're perfectly healthy if that is the identify you want to assume.

It's even easier to convince yourself of this when you've read a bunch of diet books like Whole30 and own a bunch of different health apps and wearables like an Apple Watch and Oura ring.

I know because I did this for many years.

Believing you're healthy vs. being healthy

From my mid-20s to mid-30s, I basically walked around believing I was healthy despite some red flags and not having really anything to show for it.

It's like a person who owns a fancy car and wardrobe but has no real money in the bank or any assets of value.

I always had the latest health apps and gadgets because I thought they were cool.

But it wasn’t until I became intentional about using the wealth of data I was collecting through these apps that I began to improve my health.

After this breakthrough:

  • I went from eating 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables per day to 4-6 servings per day
  • I went from taking 5,000-6,000 steps per day to 10,000 steps or more per day
  • I went from sleeping less than 7 hours per night, on average, to more than 7 hours per night, on average
  • I went from exercising 60-90 minutes per week to 2-3 hours per week

In this course, I’ll show you the exact system I used to unlock all this potential.

What you'll learn:

  • Which key areas of health to measure (5 pillars of health tracking) so you're dialed in on what matters most
  • Which specific metrics to track for each key area so you're capturing the 20% that will drive 80% of your results
  • What ranges of each metric to target for optimal health so you have real numbers to measure up against
  • The best way to track each metric (apps, wearables, etc.) so you don't waste your time and money
  • How to collect, organize, and review your health data so you systematize the process
  • What habits to focus on to improve your numbers and level up over time

After going through this course, you’ll be more well-versed in what it actually takes to improve your health and fitness than 99% of the population.

More importantly, you'll have a daily system to follow to make it happen with just 10 minutes a day of tracking.

You’ll unlock the following skills:

  • Go beyond body weight to paint a better overall picture of your true body composition so you don't end up "skinny fat"
  • Have a simple and effective way to measure the quality of your diet without needing a degree in nutrition or biochemistry
  • Understand how to measure and improve your sleep quantity and quality, which enhances every other aspect of your life
  • Gamify your activity level by tracking your daily step count so you actually want to sit less and move more
  • Measure and improve your exercise frequency to significantly reduce your risk of all cause mortality

Finally, you will leave the course with a simple way to organize all your information so that you can easily record your history, analyze your performance, and improve your output over time.
